Looking Beyond the Storm: Selections of Poetry

Looking Beyond the Storm: Selections of Poetry provides readers with not only insight into a world that many with mental health disorders face through its poetic lenses, but even more importantly it beckons the reader to witness and believe on the side of hope. For the author, the 28 poems contained in this first volume represent his 28 years of life and the determination and resilience that he has built throughout that time. Notable poems in this book include The Vow, Hope is There, Ayiti, le monde vous coute, and True Love. If this book inspires anyone at all to be encouraged, then the author's primary objective for writing this book will have been achieved.
